After having done the bench press WOD just a few days ago, this one was a bit of a pain. The dips weren't a problem, the pull ups were tough but nothing unreasonable, the push ups we just torture. That said, I think stacking WODS this was is definitely not a bad idea. Sure, it's easy to pump out your best time after a good rest but that's not always the way it'll go down. Sometimes, you have to fight through it even if you're a little sore, a little spent, not as well rested as you'd like.
Finished with some tabata jump ropes, then it was time for a little Fogo with friends.

Just moments after we got the news the apartment was ours, we looked up at the TV, which we had muted, and the last name of Drew's friend was on the screen. Some things are just coincidence; some things are meant to be.
